I'm trying out Scott's InboxBuddy Outlook add-on.  It adds lots of workflow features and categorization of mail based upon the relationships with you.  Quite a bright idea -- Don Norman gets credit for touting the critical requirement "Task Orientation" in software, but IBB gets the credit for bringing a task orientation to email.  Here's a pic of one of the killer features (highlighted in orange):   Your concerns with an email often don't end at it's sending. Remembering that a response is overdue is a difficult thing to do -- once again the tried and true "recognition not recall" factor comes to play. 8:38:49 AM    comment
