Kairos, a longstanding web quartely journal on rhetoric, technology, and pedagogy, has made the leap to a blog/slashcode paradigm. Good stuff there of late.
While I'm sharing sources, El.pub is a weekly publication of electronic pub R&D and resources that I've been following for years. They've recently moved to their own domain, elpub.org.

A truly amazing techno-cultural experiment: Kids discover the web browser in kiosks in India. Nooface summarizes an 8 minute discovery period in which technologically illiterate children learn the function of the hyperlink, aided by the hand cursor affordance.

Version 0.2.0 of Mozhoo is up. This Mozilla add-on makes a multi-page content window rendering of your bookmarks available via the view menu. RDF, the format of Mozilla's internal data sources, is rather pesky. Mozhoo is correspondingly rather buggy at the moment.
