Mozwho has a primary technical release and a series of experimental branches.
The primary release offers a:
- browsable & searchable bookmark archive
- integration with history
- buggy bookmark editing
In the micro, we need better support for immediate revisitation. Numerous refs, for a conside picture see the horizon tree. Technically, we must augment the current datasources.
For the macro, we need richer meta-data and more persistent data sources. Visit count, first visit, and last visit are available in Mozilla history and are being tapped.
To the end of richer meta-data and a cleaner implementation of page listening serious path tracing work has moved over to uzilla/obzerver for now.
Intro
MozWho is solidifying vaporware. The main project page at mozwho.mozdev offers CVS, Bug Tracking, and Installation. The long range goal is a personal adaptive homepage, always on time and relevant. The path to get there involves some meandering. Also of note, on the mozdev site, is a concise list of prior art.
