Though functional, it's largely proof of concept. When Mozdev recovers from the 1.0 onslaught this will be mozhoo.mozdev.org and rewritten utilizing w3c compliant DOM operations and some serious Mozilla foo. J.Lerner is onboard.

Mozhoo presents your bookmarks and history in the main window in a dmoz/yahoo portal style. To access, select "Browse Bookmarks" in the View menu.
