Project Split & a Release

I've decided to do some UI work on the portal navigation system to bookmarks as I work out performance issues in getting recent history and modified bookmarks.  This system, using only/mostly builtin data stores, will be packaged as Mozwho.  A system with a more sophisticated persistence layer and real time browsing adjunct will be focused on the sextant-inspired spaces capable history synthesizer. 

The installer is available here for Mozwho 0.1, offering an html portal, main window view of your bookmarks.

Next up, a good whoppin of CSS so the page may be styled.
